Led by Dr. Patrick Clegg, a board-certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician, our clinic provides advanced treatments including therapeutic Botox injections for spasticity and migraines, as well as comprehensive neurorehabilitation services. With years of experience caring for patients across inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth settings, Dr. Clegg founded Carolina NeuroRehab to bring highly specialized care directly to the Triad community.
